The Matthew Holley Foundation is a private foundation that was established by John and Stacey Holley following Matthew's death.  In 2009 the foundation was setup as a California non-profit corporation. 

The primary objective of the foundation is to carry forward Matthew's desire to inspire our youth in the arts and academics  by aiding them in achieving the goals they've set for themselves and in turn allow them to offer a positive influence to the world around them by sharing their love for the arts.

The foundation currently issues three annual scholarship awards: The Warrior Spirit Award, The Excellence Award and The Patriot Spirit Award.
